This new dwelling house was constructed in 2018. Deane Associates secured Planning Permission and supervised construction.

Walls: 150mm Xtratherm cavitytherm full fill insulation
Roof: 350mm quilt insulation between and over joists
Heating: Mitsubishi Ecodan air to water heat pump with 200lt integrated hot water cylinder
Ventilation: Balanced whole house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Windows & Doors: Triple glazed PVC 1.0W/m2K
