Roof: 100mm Spray foam insulation between rafters and 62.5mm Kingspan Tw52 under
Heating: Daikin 11kw air to water with 260lt integrated hot water cylinder
Ventilation: Balanced whole house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Windows & Doors: Triple glazed PVC 1.0W/m2K
